3 egg white omlette, 1 tsp olive oil, back bacon, mushrooms, whole wheat english muffin, 2 tbsp sf jam-6














Lunch:(not very hungry, ate breakfast late)
apple with peanut butter-5














Dinner:
curried chicken and rice, veggies-9
