Breakfast:
4 egg whites, 1 tsp olive oil, 2 turkey sausages, 1 slice whole wheat toast, sf fruit spread














Lunch:
Veggies and hummus, cantaloupe and yogurt













Snack:
cheese string, cucumber














Dinner to take to work:
Salmon with mustard sauce, cauliflower and brocolli














Snack:
Almonds, kiwi
