Breakfast:
2 tortillas with egg, turkey bacon, light laughing cow and tomatoes with coffee on the side

Lunch:
Pumpkin pie smoothie: 1c almond breeze, 1/3c pumpkin frozen, 1/3c plain yogurt, sweetener, whey protein plain, 1/4 tsp or so xanthan gum
carrot salad

3 cups of water

Tim Hortons chicken noodle soup with a soup roll (buying at work so no pic)
1c cherries
